Before signing the cargo report, check if there is any damage or problem with the box of your product. If there is any damage or deficiency, or if the box tape is opened, return your box to the cargo officer without signing any documents regarding the delivery, together with a request for a report to be drawn up. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. In the event that products with damaged boxes or alleged missing content are received, we are not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products inside. Please report this situation to hello@louislecler.com in writing as soon as possible, along with your contract number.
