We can currently only accept product returns; we cannot exchange the product.
The products must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original labels must be included.
You can easily start the return process from your user panel.
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment.

How to send an online return?
First, log in to your user panel. Then select the return option from the order section and your return process has started.
We kindly ask you to request a return code for the product you want to return. This code allows you to deliver the cargo package you have prepared to our contracted cargo company free of charge.
To get the cargo code of the product you are returning, it is enough to send an e-mail to hello@louislecler.com with your order number.
Pack your products securely and attach the return label to the top. (If you are sending your order with the package we sent, make sure that the barcode on the previous cargo label is completely closed.)
When your returned product package reaches us, the necessary checks will be made and your return will be completed within 2-3 business days. It will take an average of 7-8 business days for your return amount to be transferred to your account, depending on your bank.
